    Well it would be very risky to remove the content and place google adsense there. I think that it is like ~70% of probability to get a ban from adsense. That's my opinion. I don't know exactly if they accept this type of sites, but I would recommend to take a look at MGID...

    Well with GSC you don't "install their own tools" (like in Analytics for example). In most cases you just upload one verification file into your website and that's it. An then you are able to see how Google itself sees your website through GSC. Of course if you are using the same GSC account...

    Well using GSC is a good idea in general, because it can give you useful insights (like crawl errors, crawl speed and so on), but try to use multiple accounts with proxies instead.
