Well viral growth can increase likes quite a bit, but yours are so small that there wouldn't be much growth cause nothing will ever go nearly viral. Paid growth is mostly for younger pages like yours maybe.

Personally I don't recommend buying or selling pages... There is too many ways to get them stolen once you buy them and anybody in that industry is most likely scamming you.

Well you could probably post to both pages from a web page to both your pages. I wouldn't recommend it as the reach to your fan base wouldn't be that good. The reason they do this is because you could feed off another page not yours posting pictures and grow while doing nothing. So no.

If you don't know how to monetize it sadly you may not be smart enough to do it. CREATE A WEBSITE OR BLOG!!! Any other form you will get your page banned. Don't think your going to easily do this without any work done.
