So you've sent it through the Instagram page and they told you you can't get it back? I'm not sure, but I think then unfortunately you can't get it back. Yeah, but last time they didn't help me really... just sent a reset pass link and since he enabled two factor authentication ... ye im screwed UGH. Think I could take this to court? I'm serious.

Thanks for the help guys. So a staff member DOES look at the pictures correct? Under the code I wrote "DON'T REACTIVATE YET. HACKER still has my account. Please read full email" do you think they will actually do that, or just reactivate? Because then the hacker will just have my account again...

And BTW anyone else email IG and get a reply from "Elliot?" I saw tsomeone else got a reply from him specifially on this thread ab a year ago so im skeptical if it's just copy and paste... I really hope it's not automated because otherwise how can I be sure I get my account back? It was hacked...

Hey a lot of these guys are just out to steal your account. I had a friend who got scammed and then the scammer got 2 DMS on her personal asking for access to the start up email, which she later found out was the same guy. Really the start up email is all the proof you need that you're the owner...

But how long do you think it's going to take? :/ I need it back so bad... I had 300k

Does emailing instagram work for ANYONE right now? Someone hacked me, then pissed off one of my friends, and that friend got his followers to delete the account for spam. All my emails keep bouncing back. Please tell me I'm not the only one.
