Hello, let me first start by saying I know Instagram limits you to 5 accounts per device, but I have also read that it is 5 per IP. Where I am confused is that if it was truly 5 per IP how would schools, large free wifi locations, etc. be allowing Instagram to work if they would only allow 5...
