I've used limeproxies for a while, they offer in their premium package supposedly virgin IPs with specific location, so far haven't had any issues with them.

limeproxies state they offer proxies with Virgin IP addresses in custom locations in their premium pack section, you can give them a try, I've used them for a couple of services without any problem although I can't tell for sure the IPs are Virgin.

You can also try to create your fake accounts with variations of your name or someone you know name, this way you could send an ID proof in case some of your accounts gets disabled and you have a chance to restore it.
