I think is not about the volume of posts but is more important to get peoples interested and actually spend time on your site to read and have low bounce rate. That is i believe more important part

This was funny enough but the peoples rarely understand how seo works. Most take seo services thinking is like ads or something where they can see fast results and when this not happen they complain because they expect different outcome. So is best if you can inform the customers proper first...

Well if you have a sale thread just post a telegram link instead and put a warning to let them know someone use a close name with you and try to impersonate you . If the buyers follow the link they will never get to the scammer
