Ask your AM in Ogads if fake emails would be ok for them. As from my experience, these incentive offers do not usually have any KPIs or low KPIs from direct advertiser, so when they buy such traffic they know what to expect (low RR, fake emails, registrations from one ip and etc)

Is it a gambling app or just a website? On which model do you plan to work? CPA, revshare, CPI, CPL? Depending on this search for the network for example in offervault, oddiger (try to find a company which is several years on the market and has quite a big team like from 50 people on linkedin)...
