Aged accounts are only grandfathered in to not need a phone number if they already have API keys created. If you have some that do, I may be interested in them but even then phone verification would be nice for the life expectancy of the accounts though.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have a specific need for API keys. So accounts either need them already made, or now have to be phone verified to create a new set. The time and money it would take me to make these accounts manually really adds up, so if you are able to provide anything to help me...
