I believe torrent sites are blocked in some countries. Sometimes changing DNS wouldn't be enough and require a VPS or Proxy in order to access them, and torrent sites usually don't have a complete list of music in its directory.

Try making your video project resolution have the same aspect ratio (1:1) For example: 1920 x 1920 pixels and place the video with 1920x1080 in the middle maintaining aspect ratio. Then you can add the subtitles with the text preset in your editing software. I use sony vegas btw.

If you have medium to high budget to spare, I would highly recommend Wordpress as it has a wide variety of plugins and it is really something I like. I've been using Wordpress to play around making websites for my friends and family members and I really enjoyed it.
