As a new user I got confused too. I wanted to like the post but it displayed thanks which didn't make sense to me since likes and thanks conveys different messages so missed liking some great comments and posts at first.

When I first came across this site the name BlackHat sounded malicious to me and lol...I didn't even visit the site but someone I know sent me the url and since then the experience has been amazing one. I don't want the brand name BlackHat to change :)
