I think MOZ keyword difficulty score is one of the most reliable in the market if you want to check the competition on SERP for particular keyword.

Nope... keywordtool.io doesn't provide any keyword difficulty data.

In "Keyword Planner Tool" just click on "Keyword options" and turn on "Show adult ideas"

"keywordseverywhere" is probably one of the best free tool on market if you don't have any paid campaign on Adwords but want to see monthly search volume and suggested bid for particular keyword. You have also an alternative with Neil Patel's "Ubersuggest" keyword tool + Google Chrome addon...

Agree, but keyword in title tag [allintitle:"KEYWORD"] is still a strong ranking factor.

MoZ - Keyword Explorer and SEMRush... But there is no better tool than common sense :)
