This has been gone over countless times. Do a search. There are addons for wordpress, but it is not an ecommerce solution. Look at magento, opencart, or paid software like volusion or bigcommerce.

the-kashish, Gengo and duolingo might have translators that can help. Why can't you go with machine translation like google translate as well?
