Intention is what counts, but this is copyright infrigment and could probably have worse consequences than if you stole from somebody elses blog.

I bet bonuses are huge, otherwise the rotation would be too much. Imagine being a top manager at facebook, other companies would be trying to steal you all the time. That is the salary, bet bonuses, benefits and probably stock more than double it.
