I don't understand how it can improve rankings. The Twitter pages begin with https: non indexed, or does Google somehow have access to them? Not only that but they are also no-followed redirects.

Dont use dns servers from your ISP. i prefer ones from Panama. Use proxies installed on hacked computers, there are providers out there who sell them. Use LR as payment method. Chain proxies together, bounce around different countries. Block java/flash/silverlight, quickjava FF add-on is good...
