Twitter Tools plugin will automatically posts your new posts to Twitter and you can integrate your site's rss feed and manually place it on Facebook. There are alot of tutorials on You Tube on how to sync your blog's rss feed to Facebook.

There are some sellers on Fiverr who make profile link wheels. Pay the seller $5 and up sell it to your client. This will save you time and put money in your pocket :-)

You can always get people on Amazon Mturk or Microworkers to post CL ads for you for less than 1.00. Just something to think about.

If there were a few thumbs down then I would be a bit leary about the gig but since the seller has high ratings then I would trust it. If you aren't pleased with the service then you could always request a refund with customer service.

I would recommend buying from sellers with really good feedback or contacting previous buyers to see if they were really happy with their service.

I use a site called Ping Device that allows you to ping multiple url at once. This works pretty good as well.
