Registered and bought a server took time to be activated. Past hours and I am yet to get nameservers to point my domain. Customer support takes too long to reply.

Update: Problem has been fixed. though it was frustrating

For some reason my hosting package was terminated after payment. First I couldn't access my Cpanel, next I couldn't upload files then my hosting got terminated. All happened in a space of 10hrs. I seek refund.
