yea I suggest doing it with a bot! if you don't want to get banned again try going on your instagram account and being more active so the servers don't pick up such repetitive actions from your bots. Obviously read the API limits and stay well within the boundaries. Slow and steady wins the race

A favorite bot plus a auto tweet program is probably your best bet. 1.) Use something like twitterfeed to automatically post RSS feeds about a certain subject OR setup a Google alerts RSS 2.) Set up a favorite bot to favorite keywords related to the RSS feed 3.) Kick back with a beer

TwitterFeed is a good option. It doesn't scrape from other tweets but with some simply RSS feeds or Search queries you can automatically tweet like a boss
