Assuming that you cloack and know how to advertise: How fast do you get this after you start advertising? Did the ads get approved at all and receive traffic before ban? What payment method do you use, if CC, you are using fresh legit CC's?

Hard to read what you are exactly saying. So right now you buy 1-2 month old accounts, warm them up for 2 to 7 days and than start advertising, which is resulting in a ban?
