I use: PostID/postname on those blogs that have a lot of posts (adult) where its bound that there will be duplicate headings (but not content) On my smaller blogs, i use /postname unless I need the category as keyword-enhancement

"believe in" hmmm.. not like an religion. But sound do have a effect on the mind and body. My mind relaxes/become more focused, when they hit the right frequenzy. Then I can get in "the zone" where I Work much faster/more productive
