@bigbuddy Just tried tapjoy and I can confirm I was able to hit 10k downloads in 24hrs with a bid between .10 and .15 cents rewarded installs BUT for you to hit that number your budget has to be big because when your budget is down to less that 1050 they throttle down how many impressions you get
