I used https://socialrank.com/ . I contacted their support department asking if I could purchase a one off data pull for two accounts since I didn't see a use case for using it periodically.

I finally heard back from social rank and they still operate. They get you to download your IG data and you then upload your connections.json file which they can then show you what I was looking for. I did a one time pull for two accounts and it was $300.

I'm struggling to find a service that can look through your Instagram followers and list in descending order who has the highest following. There were several services like social rank that worked a few years ago, but I can't seem to get Social Rank to work any longer nor can I find a...
