S It is supportet. Just go to Payoneer.com, click on "login" and then on "forgot password". Now you have to enter a username and then you have to enter your phone number to receive a reset code. Heck, there is even the option to reset your password via email... I think this dude was able to...

Try to click on "forgot password" on the login page...

Hey, it is supported! I don't know what the other steps of the reset process are, but just test it out yourself with the username "[email protected]"

You don't need a "business proof"... Just send them your personal information. But what do they need from you? An id with a picture of you, or what?
