Mysteriously returned. Phew! I almost had a freakin' heart attack. Backing up EVERYTHING on my own more than once a week now.

It also appears that I can't add new databases/users, so I don't think I was hacked - it seems to have been on their end.

So I log onto my hostgator account this morning to add another blog to my little world of blogs, and look what I see: :eek: Awesome! All of my SQL databases & users are GONE. Thousands of google indexes, social bookmarks, tweets, etc. all for naught. Hundreds of visitors getting 404s. UGH...

Not bad! I'd just keep everything the way it is, but make that blog your baby for as long as the traffic is rolling in from the article, and give it a little extra attention. BTW, what plugin are you using to pull the videos?

I used MU briefly and I didn't find that it took much time to create a blog with it, certainly no longer than fantastico. While logged in to wp-admin, you just click on "site admin" on the left sidebar and then subcategory "blogs" and fill in the form for a new blog. Takes 30 seconds. Then you...

I just logged into HG and the blogs I have there work fine, albeit sometimes they are quite slow when doing the "edit post" function.
