Bro it's not about doing services and using f&f instead or whatever. It's the fact that even if, say, both accounts have a long transaction history with each other (like years), this stuff still happens and there is literally no way around it as even PAYPAL ITSELF when contacted cannot tell...
You're not wrong - had some accounts permanently limited with balance in it even though all the required documents were fine etc (and of course they made us wait the whole 180+ days before allowing to withdraw the balance). Looks like they are getting greedy! Lol
Definitely new-ish, started happening at beginning of this year. It's also absolutely random. Some people can send ok, some can't at all, doesn't matter if they've been using their account constantly or haven't touched it for months. Doesn't matter if their account is verified or not, just seems...
Nope, to some accounts the payment goes through no problem, to some accounts it gives this error no matter if amount is 1$ or 100$. Has started happening around January
I see a lot of people encountering this nowadays, even when the transaction is legit. Happens even when both receiver and sender accounts are aged/verified. Has anyone found any workaround/fix?
But even casual users are affected by it apparently, at least by searching on google reddit etc. So it might not be the setup itself, more so Paypal AI filters going crazy recently
Please fix your service. England proxies are almost unusable, constant lags and timeouts, extremely high ping, and your web support is pretty useless, asking to upload speedtest info :DD Clueless.
