You can also easily promote your fiverr gigs. If someone is looking for a design. you send them a link to your fiverr gig. They see 5 bucks and they're like... Hell yes please, Its cheap and thats why they post to craigslist anyways right? to look for cheap solutions.

Very Good Question! I'll be honest.. that IS a potential problem. I've been doing fine with cold hard paypal... and trust... although maybe thats because perhaps scammers don't usually hang out in the antique category of craigslist? Any suggestions to make this safer?
