On the most basic level, get into sales courses. But on the higher end, being into a mastermind that has tons of expert closers. But ofc, just be careful of those "High Ticket Closers" who sell you into their program and gives out certification (as most of them are targetted to bank in...

Tons of resources here on BH for that. Mostly it would be helpful if you took a few courses from Copywriting Titans. Definitely beneficial and you'll be able to learn more than just writing simple descriptions. To name a few, David Deutch, Clayton Makepeace, John Carlton.

It depends. Personally, for me, I like to "drunk write" so that all the creative and imaginative thoughts can be captured on paper. And I'll edit the first draft when I'm sober lol.
