i have seen some one on this forum mention vouchers worth 1000$ which they are selling. does Google offer any thing like this. also where can i get re-loadable vcc , can any one help please.

I am new to ad words and have read some considerable materiel about it but i have not head about this before. How is this used, will i need to us it with with a VCC, to a new account like it is done with the 100$or 75$ vouchers ? Please any one . i will really appreciate any help.
