What is a good private proxy that will work for Facebook and Twitter?

Forgot I had posted this thread! But okay, so I think I see what the difference is. I'm not doing anything illegal, just things like tweet attacks etc. Is a private proxy then the best way to go?

A lot of you guys are missing the point - many people aren't trying to monetize their fan pages directly - they are products, stores, locations, people etc. that are trying to prove their worth with social currency. A high number of likes - whether real or not - can be very beneficial. Also...
