err, blackhat / grey ads

noted it was very strange, the ads run perfectly for the last 2 week , then suddenly non stop of banning whatsapp business account , i not sure what is happening , i tried changing fb acc / facebook page , still the same , even with new acc and new page , as soon i publish my ads and goes into...
