Thanks wasted, another great post dude! I was wondering about what to show the re-targeted list, if they clicked the first time and weren't interested why would they click again? Do you show the same ad again or something totally different, or maybe the same thing with an even bigger bonus?

If you look at the code on the page you will see the theme is called 'wphub' which means it's a custom theme or they've renamed an existing theme, either way it will be hard to acquire for yourself. Try taking a screenshot and searching it on Google images or Tineye.
