If you're trying to create a flash site - then use Adobe Flash MX. ALthough I would say avoid flash, because it's really outdated to use flash for your entire site. If you're trying to download, just view the source and look for the path to the swf and download it using a download manager like...

x10hosting is good, but you have to login to their forums every 2 weeks or your account gets suspended. Try P4O .net Or optionally, you could host it yourself?
