Happens man, it's usually either a 12-24 hour ban. To avoid it, just go easier on the follow/ unfollow, what you're doing might be a bit aggressive. Furthermore, sometimes if you're doing it manually it's hard to keep track on private accounts that you've followed, and these add to your follow...
