The number of sites using Adsense that have been taken off the first page of results will be huge. I would take a guess that the number of increased people using Adwords after this update will be less than the downgrade of profits from Adsense related units.

What link types/service on BHW will work well after this update do you think? Keen to get one site in particular back to first.

Seems to work really well for me having 100% Keyword that you are targetting on the Title. My SEO firm that I outsource work to suggested it as well if only targetting one keyword.
