Hello all! Thanks for looking at my post. Just wondering if anyone has had success in getting a lower CPV than $0.01? I know the lowest you can set your CPV bid is $0.01, but some people are telling me that through "proper optimization" you can push the CPV lower than that. Thanks for any input!
