did you contact to support dept? if you are sure they (AI) banned your device even jailbreak will not solve your issue. you have to rip your phone off and get another one. never ever get 2. hand phone because that phone might be banned aswell, before attent to login you can not find out.

You can max/ create 13 account per device and email. if system detect suspicious activity, system might lock device for spam. Also it can be another reason, it depends what message you get.
