Mass follow won't work
Use tweepi's follow followers tool. Find a medium sized account that is highly related to yours. I recommend someone with 4-8k followers. Because people who follow someone with like 100k+ might not want to follow a small account. Also, tweepi has a filters you can mess around with. I only follow...- dudesgets
