look at his reputation though. The first 10 are the same person, he has multiple re-peats. I would assume he has someone order multiple items that he pays for at the the lower price and just has them give feedback. Thats a good way to get mass good feedback

well if I were to use prime PERSONALLY i'd not drop-ship. I know a few sellers who have prime and use the Homestore method Id ship myself a base-amount of product and just keep using the profit to order more. Perhaps a few drop-shipped orders would be fine but honestly stay away from prime.
