I have been with Hostwinds for about 3 months and have had very good speed from them. I also manage servers for a few of their VPS clients and the only down time there ever is is due to upgrades to keep the servers secure.

What will you be doing with the ftp server will you just be storing data or will you be providing others with access to the server?
