Yes, to make a similar script. I am sure OP may misunderstand it like, if you hire a programmer, he would get the php files for him for his target site.- DropC

No software/script would ever give you the php files of a website.You can get the html by using wget,or saving using a browser, or file_get_contents, and many more ways.- DropC
