Depends on what I am doing. If it's "busy" work that doesn't require a lot of focus/concentration I'll listen to all sorts of music, from Steve Reich to Pat Metheny. With work that requires focus/concentration I have to have silence. Interesting topic! :)

Christmas day 2018 I weighed 118 kg. That was my highest weight ever. I decided that I was going to focus on the Ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. This morning I weighed 90 kg. My target is around 84 kg. I'm 59 years old and I can honestly say that I haven't felt this good in 30 years.
