i had some of my videos removed. is it possible that somebody bought automated views on my behalf or built bad backlinks to it and now youtube have blocked my video?

so interesting what is going on! i have a problem with someone who is stealing my content (and thus my traffic to coin a phrase!) and youtube don't want to know about it. shall i go legal? or shall i get even? can anyone help? can pay well!
