A marketer does the research for an ad, gather keywords and demographics that fit, run campaigns, tweak campaigns, reaches out to other pages, does copy writing, and a lot more. It's not just running ads and hoping or the best

We use Skype because everybody uses Skype. Its not like we only use Skype, there are users who say to contact them on Google Hangouts or straight up email or PM. It's all personal preference of how you run your business.

What I did was just look at other web design pages from different cities. Usually the ones that are ran by a single person. I see how they design it, what they offer. Just going from City to City looking at freelance sites. You'll get a lot of ideas

If you really paranoid you can run a VPN on the vps, while only browsing on a proxy. Your internet speed might slow down a bit tho
