If you go through a CPA company you don't really have to worry about that. If your leads aren't up to par then you'll simply be removed from that campaign.

this is black hat world and a black hat cpa method. there are always going to be risks involved. it's part of the game.

with craigslist it's all about volume. with just 20 emails not getting a click to your offer isn't much of a sample size at all.

If the site is legit I see no reason it wouldn't. Just like any other place where you can get products for cheap and sell them on ebay. You can't use new ebay seller accounts as I believe the cust has to confirm getting the product before you actually get the money.

I am also looking for this as well. If anyone has any info then let me know.
