Hi guys, is there anyway to contact facebook support about ads manager problems?

I started selling in Shopify but I have a problem with payment method, stripe doesn't accept my country so I need a bank in USA to link it with stripe so that way I can transfer money to my bank account. Is there anyway to do that??
