It depends how competitive your keyword is. You cannot just expect to rank for any keyword with a few web2.0 links. Check what your competitors are doing for the same keyword and do better than them.

For GSA SER, refer to their forums and for scrapebox, BHW has tons of information on its official thread. You could even look on youtube for the various tutorials using the two software programs.

Focus upon getting more content and learn about onpage SEO. Do not invest all your money expecting to double it, it may not work at all. Do whatever you did to earn the $120 in the first place and improve upon it.
