Collecting IPs is easy! Grab them and store them in a DB! Suggesting you have all the reviewers IPs is a different kettle of fish! It's BS! I wonder how many reviewers are on dynamic IPs. Let's have some honesty here.

Depends on what template you use. If you use the default one, well you'll get a good CTR but you can't keep running that template all the time... just a bit of the time to increase the Adsense profit.
