As long as you recognize those links offer no real value outside of bumping up a made up authority metric. None of this will ever help you rank a page better on serps, its just a way that people have been bumping up DA to try and make their sites seem more relevant than they are.

The thing is with backlinks or any of those tools, even including search console, they can take months to never to show up. Just keep building and move to the next one, dont try and hyper-focus on one link and get hung-up waiting on it.
