my site is older than 10 years.. pagerank is only 3, so i started with linkbuilding. Some PR7, some 6,5,4.. But only some links. The onpage is very optimized also urls and so on. We have a lot of traffic and we also convert it ;) is it also possible that google penalize us for the backlinks...

the question in my mind i have for a several month is: "is only linkbuilding the secret to increase the serps?" SEO agencys tell always that they are the best and i must spend several thousand dollars a month for them. So how many percent do you think dependents on linkbuilding? Is a seo agency...
