Go to ODesk and put in a "iPhone Reviews" job post. Can most likely get quite a few of them for under 20 bucks or so. You could also find someone there to do comments on the site for you to give it that "active" look and feel

Your best bet (at first) would be to just post when you can. If you think of a post, post it. If you try and force posts people will be able to see it in the content and that will hurt more than help in the end. Remember, blogging is about good content!
