Don't put too many amazon affiliate links in the beginning. I have seen it taking more time when i try to rank my amazon website. so take off amazon link (all, if possible ;)) and do the seo work. Come back later when some traffic starts coming in and place all affiliate link back

My suggestion will be not to hurry and let it index naturally after 1-2 days. However if you still can not hold patience and want to get it forced index. I can guide you
If its a PBN link, I dont see any reason, if they can not get indexed on it own. If it does not, then there is some serious problem with your PBN

To be honest, i find some infographics very good and i love to look into that. but what sometime take my mood off is when seller place too many graphs chart showing the ranking of their work in every page. that really become annoying most of the times
